  • I have been fooled in the past by artichoke hearts being labeled as petite and baby which have actually turned out not to be bite size in my salads. So, are your petite artichoke hearts readily available to place into a gourmet salad and be bite size to my female dinner guests? I only ask because your photo, which looks really appetizing, does not have anything up to scale beside them. I await your answer.
