After 48 hours, remove and place in a pot of clean water. Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook for approximately 40-60 minutes or until the skin is softened. Remove from heat and allow to cool to touch temperature. The dried sea cucumbers are ready to be served. Seamazz Dried Sea Cucumber are really tasty.
