BIC is proud to introduce BIC PrevaGuard Clic Stic Retractable Ballpoint Pen, a pen with built in protection to suppress bacteria growth. These products protect the pens themselves and do not protect users or others from disease causing bacteria, viruses or germs. BIC Prevaguard Clic Stic retractable ballpoint pen contains an antimicrobial agent incorporated into the plastic that protects the pen itself by suppressing the growth of bacteria, algae, fungus and mildew. In addition to suppressing bacteria like molds, mildew and fungi on the pen, the antimicrobial agent enhances product freshness, and fights product degradation. The antimicrobial agent should last the lifetime of the pen’s plastic unless the plastic is destroyed.
