Especially Special Sauce is hot in heat, but not meant to hurt you! Our mission is flavor vs pain. Described as "Smokey Heat" which comes from the roasted flavor of  the habanero peppers.  This is more of a spicy condiment than a hot sauces, so even though it is spicy, you can still smoother your food with it.
