Highly sought-after for their sweetness and consistently high quality, Ziba figs grow in Afghanistan’s Kandahar province. They are fully ripened and sun-dried on the tree before being hand-picked and flattened into disks. Because they are naturally sun-dried, our figs are never too soft or too dry, they are just right. A forgotten superfood, figs are loaded with Fiber, Calcium, B1 and B2, Copper and Iron.
