A SKIM MILK WITH THE FULL-BODIED FLAVOR OF A LOWFAT MILK. Crafted with pure, simple ingredients, and minimally processed. No gums, thickeners, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents are ever used in our milk. We begin with premium organic milk, gently pasteurized and not homogenized. Most milks are ultra-pasteurized to increase shelf life, which involves “cooking” the milk at high temperature (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds). These more heavily processed milks forfeit flavor and nutritional integrity in their quest for a longer shelf life.
