This cold-extracted monocultivar hails from the Etna region of southern Italy and has been said to be the gold of Sicily. A mild, buttery flavor with hints of artichokes, tomato leaves and herbs make this delicate oil ideal for drizzling over grilled meat, vegetables, salads and toasted bread.
