The Westinghouse 2 Pack 1000 Lumen LED Solar Spotlights with Pre-linked Feature has a factory preset that allows both lights to function as one, meaning once one light's motion sensor detects motion the other one illuminates to 1000 lumens of bright white light as well. Each light continuously glows at 50 lumens of light throughout the night and detects motion up to 26 feet. These solar spotlights come included with a ground stake and mounting hardware. 

The adjustable light heads make for maximum coverage and The solar panel then collects the Sun's energy and charges it, so need for a direct power source.
