Mini corn dogs with ketchup and jalapeño

Ingredients

• 460 mls Milk

• 1 Egg

• 40 gs Melted butter

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 60 gs Ketchup

• 4 tbsps. Jalapeños La Costeña®

• 12 Cocktails sausages

• 1 cup Vegetable oil

• 1 tbsp Roasted sesame

Preparation time

1. Beat Hot Cakes flour, milk, egg and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Blend ketchup with Jalapeños peppers.

3. Cover frankfurters with dough and fry in hot oil.

4. Serve corn dogs with blended Jalapeno ketchup and sesame
