After receiving this email, you may access the SafeGard travel consultation site, login and submit your medical history and itinerary for physician review.

You will receive an email confirmation when your travel recommendations have been released to the pharmacy.

You may then log back into the SafeGard Travel Medicine site to view your personalized travel report.

Your pharmacy should contact you for an appointment for your travel shots/meds.
