3M Promogran Matrix Wound Dressing. Composed of a balanced composition of collagen and oxidized regenerated cellulose, this dressing maintains a moist wound environment. The matrix is a freeze dried composite of 55% collagen and 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose. Indicated for the management of all wounds healing by secondary intent which are clear of necrotic tissue. Ideal for venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds. 10/box, 4 boxes/case.
