Thawing Instructions
Black Tiger Shrimp:
For best results thaw shrimp by placing in a colander and cover. Place colander on a plate and refrigerate to 8-10 hours. Rinse shrimp with cold water.

Black Tiger Shrimp:
Season shrimp to taste. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Lightly coat the bottom of pan with olive oil or butter. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and has an internal temperature of 145°F.
