This Nordic Ware set is made for any pizza-lover! These aluminum pans are the best material for even heating fast and evenly and acts as a shield to prevent burning. The 16" Hot Air Pizza Crisper provides airflow due to tiny holes in the bottom of the pan for crispier crusts and aeration of your pizza. The rimmed edged helps prevent warping and is also helpful for taking the pizza in and out of the oven. The Traditional Pizza Pan is a go to for pizza night at home, and is great for thicker crusts and homemade pizza creations.
Natural aluminum helps create even baking and browning for beautiful crusts and no cold spots! These pans are broiler safe and will not rust. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan. Proudly made in the USA.
