Mrs. Wages Citric Acid can be used for canning tomatoes at home. Citric Acid will increase the acidity of home canned tomatoes when prepared by the boiling water process. Contents of this package will process approximately fifty quarts of tomatoes.
Ingredients: Citric acid, less than 2% silicon dioxide (anti caking).
