Microdot Test Strips. These strips are used to measure glucose in capillary whole blood outside of the body. Each Microdot® Strip contains the enzyme Glucose Dehydrogenase (Bacillus Sp.) = 1 Iu and other ingredients (Mediator, Nad, Lysing Agents Etc.) = 200 µg. When blood is added to the strip, the chemicals in the strip react to create a tiny electrical current for the meter to read. Measurement range: 20 - 525 mg/dL. 50 strips/bottle.
