Extra virgin olive oil obtained from organic groves, cold extracted primarly from Hojiblanca and Picual variety olives. It has a complex and well balanced flavor profile, fruity, with aroma reminiscence of green olives, fresh grass, artichokes, green wood and rounded by ripe fruit flavors.
