John Kinder founded Kinder’s in 1946, so when it was time to develop our signature rub and marinade, we knew right away what it should be called. Original 46 is one of our richest and boldest blends, with a base of brown sugar and soy sauce (gluten free) that is balanced with a complex blend of seasonings including black pepper, garlic, onion, and a touch of red chili flakes. It is amazing for all cuts of beef as well as pork and chicken. And try it on roasted potatoes sometime…trust us.
