The Down South fried fish sandwich: Top a slice of soft, white bread with fish fried in my Sylvia's Fish Fry Mix, hot and crisp from the frying pot, then smother it with my Sylvia's Kicking Hot Hot Sauce and another slice of bread. That's the Way To Fry!
