Extra Special Sauce is hotter in heat with less sweet flavor than the original special sauce. It is a medium heat and described as "Tangy Heat". Still great as an all-purpose sauce. We suggest fish tacos, pulled pork, wraps, avocado toast, grilled cheese, turkey melts or Ruben sandwiches.
