The cheese sticks are baked from the same refined puff-pastry (90 layers) and over 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese, as the cheese crispies. The pastry however is cut in a different way, resulting in a different shape and bite, but with the same intense and delicate cheese taste that melts on the tongue.
