All Gerolsteiner products are bottled with the utmost care and under stringent controls to ensure our guaranteed high standards. Our products are subject to comprehensive tests and analyses, both by external institutes (Fresenius Institute) and in our in-house quality assurance department. Every single stage in the process – from the source to filling the bottles – is monitored both electronically and by qualified employees. Final product inspections include chemical analyticals and microbiological examinations. Our quality assurance team conducts more than 400 analyses daily.
